This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations in the location while helping grow the Citrus Pear brand. This position requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Main Citrus Pear contact for employees and grocery store

· Coordinate monthly and private classes

· Network with community to promote the business, including contacting social media influencers, local health fairs, and businesses about partnering for marketing purposes

· Manage staff (including payroll information, schedules, shifts, hiring, etc.)

· Communicate with Remote Registered Dietitian and Regional Dietitian on regular basis

· Respond to customer emails

· Observe 1-2 classes per month

Qualifications and Skills

· Experience managing a team of employees

· Knowledge of food service safety practices

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Creative

· Time management and experience prioritizing important tasks

· Must be able to work at a desk and use a computer workstation

· Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time

· Ability to handle ingredients, tools, and utensils

· Ability to lift large bins and other equipment (up to 60 lbs.)

· Must have a tolerance for strong scents and aromas
